Create a software product, starting from an idea through project management techniques

This thesis describes the fundamental steps needed to go from an idea to a finished software product. 

The first part deals with the aspects relating to the raising of funds, the composition of the team and its management, while the second half is dedicated to the analisys of all the aspects relating to the three phases of Inception, Construction and Release, which will lead to the creation of a minimum viable product.
